We again sold out and may have
a longer time slot due to the growth in popularity of this
annual event. All the quartets were VERY cooperative and did a
great job. Thanks to Max Q, Vocal Spectrum,
FRED, Realtime, and Gotcha!. A special thanks
to Max Q for filling in the time slot for Four Voices
that had to cancel out at the last minute. One singer even wrote
her own parody to sing with FRED!
We had a great group of
volunteers this year and Bob Lindley worked the entire
three hours! Thanks to Joe Sullivan, Carl Dahlke, Don
Kane, Jim Foy, Don Kahl, Jerry Fairchild,
Bob Lindley, Paul Graham and Don Bagley.
We had a great variety of
singers and several persons sang with more than one quartet. We
were also thrilled to have college singers!
As many of you probably know,
we had a little recording problem and all the CDs came up
"blank". The CDs were not "finalized" at the end of the
recording. However, we have found software that will close out
the CD and all the data (performance) is intact. All
participants have been or will SOON be notified as to how to
easily fix their DVD.
Next year in Anaheim will be
even better - My thanks to all – it was another success, thanks
to you!
